In today's vlog, I share my first day back at work as a caregiver after being away for almost a month. I also prepare one of my favorite budget-friendly meals—Bitter Melon with Egg—which I meal prep for my work lunches throughout the week.

We also celebrate Mama's first birthday in heaven with a simple cake, spend quality time with Inshirou, and end the day with a relaxing family evening at home.
