Hiya Everyone, Welcome to my frugality channel called Skint Living UK, as part of my frugality I like to do some DIY and not pay a workman to do the work to save money plus I like to use up any leftover or free materials to keep the costs down as much as possible. I am currently making over a welsh dresser, I bought a dresser top a few years ago for £10 and built a slim base for it so it would fit in the corner of my cottage style kitchen, today I have been doing some filling and I used some free skirting board I picked up out of a skip - I went skip diving a few months ago.

Me and my grown up son live on small budget of £800 per month in total, so we have a frugal life my goal is to get rid of my one last debt and to renovate the house as I want to put it up for sale so I can downsize. My son's main goal is to save up money for a deposit for his own home.
