Hiya Everyone, Welcome to my frugality channel called Skint Living UK, today I am talking about how I do DIY to save money, I have been making a kitchen banquette bench for only £50 total from cheap wood, tongue and groove panelling, screws and metal brackets, in this video I am showing you how I am going to make the seat from free wooden slats I got from a neighbour - these were originally from a kids cot bed which they were about to throw into the bin! I've never made one before so I have taken my time to build it and have re-enforced every corner with metal corner brackets to make sure it is strong and sturdy, it also has storage inside which I think will be very useful!
