🤣 A Little Kitchen Confession...

If you're wondering why I ended up with more than a quart jar of soup mix...

Well...

I accidentally doubled my Double Batch! 😂

So instead of making a Double Batch...

I actually made a 4X Batch!

Oops! 🤣

The good news is my pantry is stocked for quite a while now!

Sometimes those little kitchen surprises end up being happy accidents!

🍲 Homemade Beefy Onion Soup Mix
Ingredients (Double Batch Recipe)
1 cup dried onion flakes
¾ cup beef bouillon powder (12 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper

No added salt. The beef bouillon already has plenty!

To Make Onion Soup
3–4 tablespoons Homemade Beefy Onion Soup Mix
4 cups water

Bring to a gentle simmer for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
