First, if you want a nice place to sit and relax, go to Starbucks Reserve and grab a drink. You can chill there for a while and enjoy the riverside atmosphere without feeling rushed.

If you want a second drink later, instead of buying again at a premium café, head down to Café Amazon and get basically the same coffee for much cheaper.

Second tip — don’t automatically eat at SookSiam downstairs just because it looks popular. It’s convenient, but prices can be higher compared to nearby options.

If you walk across to ICS Tower next door, you can find similar Thai food for about 40–50% less. It’s the same type of dishes, just without the “tourist mall markup.”

So basically: enjoy ICONSIAM, but don’t let the mall layout trick you into overspending. A little walking can save you quite a bit.
