I spent most of my life there. I was a binge eater, a compulsive eater, and I cycled through Weight Watchers so many times I could recite the points in my sleep. I tried the frozen meals, the faith-based seminars, even expensive vitamin injections. Nothing stuck. And every time a diet failed, I didn't think the diet was the problem. I thought I was the problem.

In this video, I'm walking you through the faith-based method I used to lose over 100 pounds and maintain it for the last 20 years, and how I've helped over 50,000 women do the same. What I discovered along the way is that my struggle with food was never really about food. I was using food to fill a void that food was never meant to fill. That void can only be filled by God.

I watched it happen in my own life for decades. My parents both struggled with their weight their entire lives and died of complications from obesity. I knew I had to do something different, or I was headed down the same road.
That's why I built The Holy Weigh around three root triggers that diets never touch: physical hunger, habits, and the deeper heart hunger that no meal plan can fix. In this video I break down all three, explain why your past attempts weren't your fault, and show you exactly what a different approach looks like.
This is a 12-phase Christian weight loss program with daily activities that take 5 to 15 minutes, a supportive private community, daily Bible-based devotionals, and a guided path from where you are now to your goal weight. We believe in Progress over Perfection, Healthy Over Skinny.
