Week 2 is officially underway on my mom’s weight loss journey! 💪🏾

Today she got on the treadmill and completed over 10 minutes of walking. It may seem simple, but these small wins are exactly how lasting transformation happens.

Our focus right now is:
✅ Drinking more water
✅ Walking consistently
✅ Building healthy habits
✅ Staying accountable
✅ Taking it one day at a time

My mom has a goal of losing over 100 pounds, and we’re documenting the entire journey the ups, downs, victories, and lessons along the way.
