In today’s sewing tutorial, I will show you how to make a DIY triple zipper crossbody bag with multipurpose pockets from fabric. This cute and practical bag has three zipper compartments — two front zipper pockets and one main compartment — perfect for organizing your daily essentials.
This bag is great for carrying your phone, wallet, cards, cosmetics, keys, small accessories, and more. The design is lightweight, functional, beginner friendly, and perfect for everyday use, travel, shopping, or casual outings.
For this project, I’m using fusible interfacing to help the bag keep its shape nicely. The final seams are covered with bias tape for a neat and clean finish.
