In this Sidequest I decided to see if I could build a step stool using nothing but some scrap 2x4s and a leftover piece of 2x12.

Sounds simple enough, right? Well… things didn’t exactly go according to plan. 😂

In this video, I take you along for the entire build — from cutting and assembling the pieces to realizing that sometimes the idea in your head doesn’t quite match what ends up in the workshop.

This definitely wasn’t a perfect build, but that’s part of the fun. I’m learning as I go, making mistakes, and figuring things out along the way.
