#HSP know all about becoming overaroused or #overstimulated ... It happens for most of us every single day. Lots of people ask me what to do about it so here's a little video with some helpful hints.

Tip #1 Prevent it! You know, good food, good exercise, and good sleep.

Tip #2 Take a break! Step back, step out, get away, or close your eyes.

Tip #3 Change how your body feels in the moment... Try a hard style plank wherever you are, even if all you can tighten is your feet.
