We all know of the big names - Arrma, Traxxas, Tamiya, Kyosho, but what about one of the cheapest RC car manufacturers out there, HSP? If you go onto eBay or Amazon, you'll likely find them or a variation of them under a different name. They are cheap... but are they any good? Let's find out.
