Most stress advice fails dyslexic dads.

Not because they're broken.

Because the advice was never built for them.

It says:
→ Wake up earlier
→ Plan your whole week
→ Meditate every morning
→ Communicate more clearly
→ Just "stay consistent"

Sounds simple.

Until work pressure hits.
Until you lose that client.
Until the children need you.
Until your brain is already overloaded.

Then the system collapses.

And you blame yourself again.

That's the real problem.

You're trying to solve dyslexic stress with non-dyslexic strategies.

That creates more pressure. More guilt. More shutdown.

More "Why can't I just handle this?"

The answer isn't more willpower.

It's a better operating system.

One that helps you:
→ Reduce mental clutter
→ Lead without masking
→ Communicate under pressure
→ Reset before you spiral
→ Show up better at home

That's what my work is built around.
