Being a highly sensitive person can come with many challenges. We often also call this neurodivergence to assist us in recognising our needs are quite different to navigate on Earth to others.

HSPs may struggle to adapt to new circumstances, demonstrate seemingly inappropriate emotional responses in social situations, & easily become uncomfortable in response to light, sound, or certain physical sensations.

Yet even with all the challenges of being highly sensitive, when you receive support, you will begin to see the gifts of your sensitivities & high frequency that you bring to this Earth & Humanity.

You are who you are meant to be & never forget that. You are not a broken machine as a highly sensitive person, you are a soul ahead of your time living in a dense reality that hasn't caught up yet. Do not change who you are, your life purpose is encoded within your DNA & frequency. You deserve support while on Earth.
