The HSP is a Melbourne institution… but can anything actually beat it?

In this episode I’m putting some of Melbourne’s best loaded creations head-to-head. We start with the classic lamb HSP, then a chicken HSP, followed by a charcoal-grilled lamb version that brings something completely different to the table.

But the real wildcard comes from Street Dogz.

Their Colombian-inspired Crazy Fries might not technically be an HSP, but when you’ve got chips, meat and a mountain of sauce, the lines start to blur.
