Trump's new Executive Order, "Restoring Integrity to America's Financial System," directs banks to cut off financial services to anyone without legal presence. Bank accounts used for human smuggling, drug trafficking, and welfare fraud will be shut down and funds impounded — returned to the American taxpayers.
