The 400-bed Kashim Ibrahim University Teaching Hospital in Maiduguri is poised to commence operations following Governor Babagana Zulum’s approval for the recruitment of 350 personnel to support the facility. Governor Zulum made the announcement after inspecting the hospital and the ongoing construction of a new orthopaedic hospital in Maiduguri metropolis. Umaru Kirawa reports.
