In this video, I’m sharing the study tools I’m using for WGU Term 2 of 5 and how I’m using them to study smarter in a self-paced, competency-based program.
As a nursing student, I know how easy it is to feel overwhelmed by the amount of material. So instead of trying to study everything at once, I’m focusing on the right resources, schedule, and support tools to help me stay organized and prepare for labs, clinicals, and coursework more effectively.
In this video, I share how I’m using:
• core review books and question banks
• HESI-style hints and test-taking strategy resources
• Simple Nursing for targeted content review
• NotebookLM for study support like summaries, quizzes, and audio-style learning
• Study Fetch for planning, concept breakdowns, and practice
• ChatGPT to simplify complex concepts and generate practice questions
