So… ChatGPT 5.1 just landed — quietly, with almost no fanfare — and I decided to turn on the camera and show you exactly how I’m using it behind the scenes as part of our YouTube workflow. This isn’t a tutorial, a sales pitch, or a sponsored tech review. It’s simply my honest, real-world experience using AI as a creative partner while living and making videos here in Thailand.

Over the past 24 hours, I’ve been experimenting with the new update and recording how I interact with it — from brainstorming ideas and refining titles, to scripting, storytelling structure, and even a bit of humour and philosophy. I’m not here to claim it will replace anyone, solve everything, or magically think for you. Instead, I want to show how it fits into my workflow, in a very human way — pause, think, talk, reflect, adjust, create.
