I cover how I actually set it up (Claude desktop app, connectors, API keys, Whisper Flow) and share a few real examples from my team. One of the best is my customer success manager Ethan, who used Claude with HubSpot to find 100 customers worth calling and even built himself a dashboard out of it. My take: most businesses should be using AI to do more, not just to cut costs. If you're not using it to grow, your competitors will.
