From Emirates in Dubai to Delta Air Lines in the United States and Singapore Airlines, carriers are rewarding employees with massive bonuses after reporting record post-pandemic profits. Emirates announced a 20-week salary bonus after posting over $6.6 billion in profits, despite disruptions caused by the US-Israel conflict with Iran and instability in West Asian airspace. Delta distributed $1.4 billion to employees as profit-sharing bonuses, while Singapore Airlines awarded staff bonuses worth eight months of salary.
