Keir Starmer met Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Narendra Modi and other world leaders at the G7 Summit in Évian-les-Bains, France, as Ukraine, Russia, energy security and growing global tensions dominated talks.

Starmer’s meeting with Zelenskyy followed the announcement of 70 new UK sanctions targeting Russia’s shadow fleet, military supply chains and illicit financial networks. Britain also pledged £210 million in support for Ukraine’s nuclear energy sector, with both leaders backing continued international pressure on Vladimir Putin.

Starmer also held talks with Modi on global security, the Strait of Hormuz and closer UK–India cooperation across defence, artificial intelligence, investment and jobs. The footage captures the British Prime Minister’s key interactions with international leaders during the high-stakes summit.
