Delhi Police’s Special Cell has busted an alleged espionage and terror-linked network with suspected links to Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence. Eleven people have been arrested from Delhi and Punjab, with police claiming the involvement of banned outfit Babbar Khalsa International. Investigators say the accused were in direct contact with handlers in Pakistan and installed solar-powered CCTV cameras near key security and defence sites across Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan, transmitting live feeds via mobile apps. Authorities also recovered weapons and ammunition. The probe suggests the network was involved in radicalisation, recruitment, and plotting potential terror attacks, including grenade strikes on strategic installations.
