You’re not automatically losing weight because you switched to granola, dates, peanuts or coconut chips.

The problem is that most of us were taught to label foods as “good” and “bad” instead of understanding how much we’re actually eating.

So we avoid chocolate and eat handfuls of peanuts. Skip the ice cream and inish an entire bag of coconut chips. Avoid the cookies and eat a large slice of banana bread.

Then we wonder why the scale isn’t moving. 😩

Healthy foods can absolutely be part of a weight loss journey, but “healthy” does not mean calorie-free.

The goal isn’t to fear treats. The goal is to learn how to enjoy ALL foods while still staying in a calorie deficit.

Because fat loss isn’t about removing your favorite foods forever. It’s about making them fit.
