Quick video showing how to replace Jeep Wrangler TJ Hood Latches. You might need to replace your latches if they are stretched and loose and causing your hood to flutter or not fully close, if they are broken, rusty, or faded out. Also - the rubber can dry out over time and you will hear them squeaking every time you hit a bump, which was my issue.
