Izzy begins every Chair Yoga session slowly, literally moving from your head to your toes. As you gently stretch and move, you may feel and hear muscles and joints waking up, loosening, and even clicking.
By the time Izzy introduces bigger, full-body movements, those motions often feel easier, smoother, and more energizing.
The session then slows down with relaxing movements, yoga for your hands and eyes, and finishes with Nadi Shodhana (alternate-nostril breathing) and meditation.
Do what you can. Comfortable discomfort. No pain.
