I'm Not Broken. I'm the Early Warning System.

Everyday Hum

I spent years thinking something was wrong with me. The bathroom incidents. The fainting. The way certain environments just took me out completely. Then I started collecting stories from people around me — tennis elbow that never heals, migraines every time work gets hard, mysterious rashes. And I realized: everyone's body is doing something. Stress, anxiety, overstimulation, exhaustion — they don't live just in your feelings. They show up as symptoms. As signs. Your body is speaking a language. For most people it's a low hum. For me it's a scream. And because it's a scream, I can name it for you. I'm not broken. I'm the early warning system.
